Mayor Eamon Flynn (Rod Steiger)
Eamon Flynn is the mayor of New York and lives in Gracie Mansion with his beloved daughter Bernadette. He is a fairly nice man privately, but as a politician he is pretty corrupt and self-absorbed. He can be verbally explosive with his inferiors and seems to consider Frank Starkey as his protégé.
