Henri Le Pigeon is a New York pigeon of French descent and speaks with a thick French accent. He is quite cheerful and optimistic in nature. He lives on Liberty Island with three colourful female doves. There, he is building the Statue of Liberty and Henri is very fixated on completing it in time.
