Warren T. Rat (John Finnegan)
Warren T. Rat is the leader of the Mott Street Maulers, a gang of street cats. A conman, he disguises himself as a rat and pretends to act as a mediator between the cats and the mice in New York, as long as the mice pay him for his 'efforts'. This trick is a good way for him to make easy money.
