Tony Toponi (Pat Musick)
Tony Toponi is a New York orphan of Italian descent. He spends some time working in a sweatshop commanded by the rat Moe, but escapes from it with the help of his new friend Fievel, whom Tony nicknames 'Filly'. Shortly thereafter, Tony meets Irish-born Bridget, with whom he instantly falls in love.
