• Music during this movie — for The Sting

  in a lot of movies, you really need music to complete the movie. when people speak, the musics stops or creates a feeling that the conversation/scene is serious, funny, dumb or exciting etc. etc.

  The Sting is a movie that stands alone in it's genre, when it comes to music. during the movie the music is allways closeby. but the most beautifull thing in my opinion, is this: when you watch The Sting, you get the idea that the music is a part of this movie. it's like the music is the conversation between two people when you see them speak. there are a lot of scenes in The Sting when you see someone speak but you here no sound.......only the sound of the music when their mouths open and close.

  i don't want to be emotional with this review, but i just think it's really great that the music from The Sting acts as a conversation, so that the music really is a part of the movie and the script!

• it's just a feeling... — for Ghost

  i can't explain why, but a few hours ago i wacthed the movie Ghost once again with my girlfriend. we didn't watched it because the weather outside is bad and we also didn't watched it because we had nothing to do.

  i think we watched it because we wanted to experience that special feeling between two people again. (we allready have it, but sometimes you just want to look at it)

  yesterday we had a sad day because of my girlfriend grandmother's death and that was difficult to bare, but today we smiled again because of this movie. the scene started and we looked at Patrick Swayze how he hold Demi Moore's hands when she was throwing her pottery and it was at that moment that we looked at each other with tears in our eyes and realized that this movie is special and that everybody who has seen and felt this movie is special.

  it was sad to learn of the death of Patrick on september 14th 2009, but with this movie in my collection i can always go back to that feeling at any time with my girlfriend and experience what everybody in the world should experience at least once in their lives...
