Abstract
Sta Fiora convent, 19th-century Italy. Sister Angela welcomes seemingly innocent orphaned Isabella to protect her from her unscrupulous uncle . But before long, the shameless novice shows her true colours. Then, the unexpected arrival of wounded Lieutenant Guido stirs up trouble, and a sexual rebellion brews over.
