In the 1936 Ethiopian War Italian Lieutenant Silvestri is having a toothache and tries to reach the nearest camp hospital. On his way he meets and rapes a wonderful young Ethiopian wounding her later on and eventually killing her to deliver her pain. After reaching the hospital, he realizes he is probably getting leprosy.
