Executioner (Bob Elmore)
The Executioner was a man who was given the job of executing pirates and criminals. He conducted the botched hanging of Jack Sparrow as well as the mass executions carried out by Lord Cutler Beckett. Underneath his mask he had a bushy grey beard.
