When the fifth element, a perfect human, was destroyed, the Earth government saved a few cells of her right hand whose DNA allowed them to recreate the whole being, with her memory. Reborn, Leeloo has to complete her mission: saving the world from the 'Great Evil', wich appears every 5000 years.
