Abstract
Director F.A. Brabec's adapts Alfred Jarry's absurd drama in a manner emphasizing artistic stylization. With the help of screenwriter Milos Macourek and popular stars , the director manages an impressive rendering of the play which highlights the ludicrousness of the utter victory of the churlish sovereign.
