Exit Wounds(2001)
Abstract
Orin Boyd is a maverick Detroit cop who saves the Vice President from terrorists by breaking all the rules. His Precinct Captain doesn't like the way Frank works and busts him down to the toughest precinct in Detroit. This Steven Seagal action vehicle plays out as expected.
