Jean Luis Amorim is Pedro Bala(Peter - Bullet, or Candy because he is sweet. His name also shows that he is fast). He is the leader of thge Captains of the Sand (Capitães da Areia) young kids who steal money from tourists but at the same time enchant them with their charms.
