Abstract
Takaki Tōno and Akari Shinohara have a close relationship in elementary school. When they graduate, Takaki's parents send her to a distant school away from Akari. As they years pass they lose touch, until Takaki decides to visit him on a cold winter night. The story is told in 3 short segments over the course of their relationship.
