Angelo is a forty-year-old messy man, nice but a bit of a scoundrel. He makes a living by selling fake paintings to rich Japanese on holiday, until one day he is unmasked and to escape the police who are hunting him he takes the first flight to an unknown destination. As luck would have it, the first plane he can catch takes him to Los Angeles.

On September 2nd, 1636, Porzia Maria Colonna leaves the Atri Convent. She has to reach her betrothed and she is escorted as the hazards are many. In fact, after a bandit assault, the survivors are only three: Porzia, a Captain and Bortolo, a groom. Later the captain too is killed.
Al lupo al lupo
Vanni, Gregorio and Livia are brothers. The first is a well-known pianist, the second has abandoned his career as an aspiring violinist to become a deejay. When Vanni discovers that his father has disappeared into thin air, together with Gregorio they decide to call his sister Livia.
