Some fixes & changes

hello, some fixes & changes again :

• added vault shots to the "snapshot total" number on movie page
• added flag edit for movies for mods & users who can edit abstract & movie info on movie page
• fixed the green bars in overview for some users
• fixed FF & NS taken for favmovies
• removed vault shots for favmovies
• fixed some redirection problems
• fixed a lot of french movies URLs with accents
• fixed some search queries error 500
• fixed again some bugs for users with a "."
• added a little text on the movie page ("info" tab) when a movie is locked, just in case people don't understand the lock image (see : http://whatthemovie.com/movie/un_chien_andalou/info )
• added a page with all the locked movies : http://www.whatthemovie.com/page/locked
• added a cancel pending friend requests button

I got another suggestion which at least in my opinion could be improved.

I don't know if I am the only one here or how the other users think about it, but I find this "You posted this snapshot"-bar on every of our shots extremely annoying.

It makes small shots which are 720 x 300 even look smaller. Plus it doesn't really add any advantage when we have it there. To see this white bar in the NS / FF overview that users can identify their shots very fast, yes that's an advantage but once you click on your shot, you know anyway it's yours (because everyone knows what he has uploaded), then there is no use for it anymore to see it on your actual shot.

So in my opinion it should be kept in the overview yes, but not on the actual shot since it makes the snapshots look smaller.

If you say it must be there, maybe another fancy solution could be invented to make this bar not appear on the actual shot, for example put it under the shot a bit or some smaller sign could do the same job as well etc.

Would be keen to hear how other people think about it or if I am the only one who is annoyed by this white bar. :)

Good work, some points from me though:

• locked movies alphabetically would be easier, not very necessary but also not very hard i think:)

• when someone is not logged in, on the home page a random (i think easy) snapshot appears. However when the shot contains nudity or gore this appears:
  Maybe nudity and gore shots should be excluded from that random thing on the home page

• paging to user bookmarked snapshots/movies;
• "hindi" language/Indian flag for movies (add alternative titles/edit original language)?

Regarding the white bar that Fireball mentioned: I also find it a bit annoying, even in normal shots when it only shows after solving, because it always takes a few pixels away from the shot. My suggestion would be to move the white bar below the shot, maybe even below the 16:9 frame that stays black for smaller pictures.

I posted this before, but didn't heard back: a REPOST button when our shots are reject. So we can keep the solves, favourites and bookmarks, when we repost them.

@mikebozzio very good idea but that means a lot of work. I'm gonna definitely think about it and how handle it (great idea to keep the favs etc).

Sorry for the maintenance, it was a server issue and only tliff was able to correct it (in fact i fixed it myself by chance ahah). Anyway i just added my last changes with this quick needed update :

• pagination for bookmarks shots (not movies for now)
• fixed links on bookmarks movies shots
• fixed some cache issues
• fixed some memorabilias text and issues
• new memorabilia called "fast fingers", you will need 100 first solves to have it
• added indian movies & hindi to alternative titles
• fixed locked movies sorted alphabetically

Hello everyone, some fixes and changes this week :

• fixed rank 5 not showing on profiles
• added shouting ban (be careful!)
• added vault_admin for mods
• you can now replace title shot, character shot, or vault shots when the contest is ended
• you can now assign vault shots, character shots, as title shots or character shots
• fixed old wtm supporters don't have the sandbag memorabilia anymore
• fixed uploading a empty file problem (it was possible to upload without selecting a file before)
• you can't from now delete vote deletion on your OWN shots (see the Enter Black Swan case, too much abuse). You have to enter a short reason every time from now too. (too many vote deletion without a reason, we didn't know why some users voted...)
• fixed a lot of urls for french movies with accent
• added some page for googlebot to handle page which don't exist anymore
• removed show solution button for title and character shot (useless)
• added a tons of trailers, abstracts, and Genre manually (please make the same, that takes two minutes when you add a movie!)

How do you get shout banned ?

There is no need for such a feature now but i made it just in case (spamming, user always speaking in their own language in shot/movie page, insults etc)

The first one to get banned will probably be Pala haha^{^}
