At the center is Kaja (Amalie Stuve), a small, brave cell that lives in the kidney of ten-year-old Erik. All other cells divide as they should, but not Kaja. She is indivisible, frustrated and in her own eyes completely useless. She embarks on a wild journey through her body to find out how she really works.
