Allan and Lisa flee the war-torn city of Sweetwater with their young son for the safety of the municipal dump in this sleepy war drama. They join other displaced survivors who were driven from their homes, looking for a better life on the outskirts of Sweetwater.

Two 16 year old petty criminals steals a car and are followed by the police in a dramatic car chase, and when they boys are about to run off by foot, one is shot by the police. This changes the other boy's life.
