In order to save some kids who are about to die in a fire, Bibi, the daughter of a prestigious witch, manages to trigger a heavy rain with her powers. Little witch Bibi Blocksberg has a problem. Her vacation is shattered because she has poor school results. But the head of the school, Dr. Quirin, has a secret, and Bibi is determined to work with Elea, a girl she befriended, to unravel this secret so she can save her vacation.
