This movies ware made in a course of 3 years and shot in New Zeland, ´Cause for the director Peter Jackson(who lived for severall years before the movies in Wellington, New Zeland) it felt more like middle earth(or as everyone that read the books an old country felling of England, filled with hobbits....)

It´s really dificult to talk about one part of a trilogy, and not envolve all of them... Wich in my opinion with Lord of the rings it is simply impossibel, how can you say that in this movie Frodo is taking the one ring of power to mordor, and aragornm legolas and gimli are fighting and hunting down the orcs that capture merry and pippin, if you don´t know who the heck are those people? :D

But I´m not gonna get in to that now...or I might just end up not writing this review but writing the book again.... :P

    Anyway...

This movie, is much more dark than the first one, as it shows frodo and sam going to mordor to destroy the one ring, we see how much hold of frodo the one ring is taking.

Now aragorn, legolas, and gimli.... keep their search for merry and pippin (captured by orcs in the first movie)
And they end up in the second biggest battle in the trilogy (the thinrd one is on the third movie/book) the battle of helm´s deep.

Hope you guys liked this movie, and just one tiny simple recomendation... read the book... Tolkien wrote amazinly.
