Tempête(1940)
Abstract
John Korlick, a famous adventurer and international crook sets up a sting in NY, which consists in selling black people a miracle potion to flatten their hair. Hunted by the Police he seeks refuge in Paris where he schemes to build an artificial sea in the Sahara and asks for donations.
