A Gus Van Sant movie about a stange boy (Henry Hopper - Enoch) who likes to go to funerals and play games with his ghost friend, a dead kamikase pilot (Ryo Kase - Hiroshi) and his love affair with a girl who is in terminal fase of cancer (Mia Wasikowska - Annabel). But the story is not morbid.
And, as a bonus, we can notice how much Henry Hopper looks like his dead father Dennis Hopper, for whom the movie is dedicated)
