Abstract
Galipeau and his brother, Emile have just examined Louis Martinet, an old man who is in the last stages. Emile purchased Martinet's house for an annuity. Unfortunately not only does Martinet recover but, year after year, the "dying man" proves hale and hearty as well! Whereas the greedy Galipeaus fall from the frying pan into the fire...
