Julius Caesar

44 BC. Julius Ceasar is ruler of Rome and is much loved by the Roman people. However, some senators are wary of Ceasar's power and ambition and want to put an end to his reign. Cassius is the leader of the would-be assassins but needs to get another highly respected senator, Brutus, onboard otherwise the assassination has no credibility.
