Philippe and Daniel, on vacation to southeast Asia, meet Hans. Before they leave, they give him their leftover hashish. 1,5 year later, a lawyer shows up and tells them that Hans was arrested for drug possession shortly after they left, and is condemned to death unless they confess and share blame for the crime and accept prison terms.
