The likeable Grand Duke of Abacco has no money left to pay the his debts. The marriage with Olga, Grand Duchess of Russia, would solve everything. But a bunch of revolutionaries and a dubious businessman have other plans. When the adventurer Philipp Collins appears, a series of frantic chases, plots and counter-plots begins.
