Hanyo

Based on the true story of the country's first known serial murders, which took place between 1986 and 1991 in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, the movie begins with a series of raped and murdered women. Two bumbling, incompetent local detectives realizes a serial killer is on the loose and begins to chase after the murderer.
