Well - I've got a movie here that's only available on VCD (it says "DVD compatible"), but not on DVD (afaik; tt0314218). The movie is from 2002; I've purchased the completely legit VCD (8 809 14 1 580233) in 2004. Are snapshots allowed from that?
No, sorry. VCD resolution is too low.
Pity, but understood. I'd love to get a DVD - maybe I'll get lucky when in Korea. :-)
