So, what can I say? Maybe: "Vanity is definitely my favourite sin?"

"Devil's Advocate", directed by Tylor Hackford (in my opinion the best movie this guy ), is a shocking, inspiring and amazing thriller. The story is about some characteristic American values: ambition, drive, materialism.

Lomax (Keanu Reeves) leads from one's happy life very young and beautiful wife, Ann's Mary (Charlize Theron). Lomax is an excellent lawyer in Florida who has never lost a case. No matter how guilty the defendant, Kevin has the power to mesmerize the jury into accepting his arguments, buying into his logic; and freeing hig clients. If you think money can't buy happiness you dont know where to shop. This is heaven on earth. But, he makes a startling discovery about the head of the firm, John Milton (Al Pacino) could he be... satan? He suddenly realizes that heaven and hell can coexist...

This is the first movie I've ever seen with Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves in which they played together. But I like Al Pacino most. His act is so good, it just can't be better. The devil is the perfect role for Pacino, with his charismatic appearance and his false laugh. I can't imagine an audience not smiling when he screams: "I am humanist!" Keanu Reeves also stand out in a talented cast.

What I saw was a fantastic, intelligent and amazing film. The brilliant action scenes and special effects make this film a gripping spectacle. It's a film everyone will enjoy.
