The Departed is the Academy Award winning crime thriller from director Martin Scorsese. Set in Boston the film is a remake of the 2002 Hong Kong film, Infernal Affairs, by director Andrew Lau. The film deals with the battle between the Irish mob and the Boston police and the complications of infiltration.
